GROUP SESSION FOR ALL LEVELS

 

Bootcamp is a full body equipment based interval training class designed for all levels of trainee from complete novice to advanced gym goer. Over 15s, male and female are welcome!

 

Who is Bootcamp for?

Everyone! The classes are designed for all levels of trainee from complete novice to advanced gym goer.

When is Bootcamp?

Bootcamp classes are 45 minutes and currently run on:

  • Monday 7:45pm

  • Wednesday 9:15am & 7:45pm

  • Friday 9:15am

Can’t make it to class?

Then start your very own Bootcamp! All you need is a minimum of 6 people to start your own class.

 

 

How much is Bootcamp?

  • £5 per session

  • £20 per month for 1 session a week

  • £35 per month for 2 sessions a week

  • £50 per month for 3 sessions a week

  • £60 per month for 4 sessions a week

Prices are per calendar month regardless of the total number of days/sessions e.g. Signing up monthly for 4 sessions a week in  January 2018 saves you £20 versus paying per session.
