"One of the best decisions I've ever made in recent years was to do a 10 week training course with Chris.
With his help and advice I have managed to get myself from a point where I felt like an overweight slob almost at the brink of no return, to something resembling my younger, fitter self.
I've really enjoyed the training sessions, even when pushed to the limits - its a constant reminder of just what you can achieve and how much more you can do beyond what you often imagine.
The nutritional advice has been excellent too and my eating habits have changed dramatically - the drop in yearnings for many of the unhealthy things I was eating constantly has been a major surprise and factor.
The drip-feed of advice and tips and variations in training means its never too much to take in at once and is never boring. I feel the 10 week approach works well, as its much more likely you will continue along a similar path beyond the 10 weeks and not simply fall back into old ways.
I'm feeling better, looking better and intend to continue training with Chris and attending his Boot Camp's, which are also highly recommended.
I can honestly say the word thanks is not enough - highly recommended!

"Put a pair of old black jeans on that I like and kept, hoping I'd one day make it back into them and was pleasantly surprised that they are now a perfect fit - haven't been able to get em on since 2008! Well chuffed."
Weight loss & better mobility
"Marie has lost 16lbs in weight and I have lost 24lbs, though in truth weight loss wasn't a key driver but is of course a major benefit in our general wellbeing. The bloatedness has gone, the energy levels are up and in my case I am definitely stronger and able to do a lot more physical work without feeling tired or getting overheated. I even find myself able to do things that some of my much younger colleagues cannot - X-box be ashamed.
In both cases our mobility is so much better and in particular Marie is finding that her back problems have eased and my shoulder is much stronger and the range of movement is significantly better. No need for more steroid injections."
